Who We Are
The African American Policy Council PAC is a Virginia political action committee dedicated to supporting community-centered public policy and electing leaders who are accountable to the people they serve.
We focus on voter education, civic participation, and advancing the policy priorities that matter most to Black communities in Norfolk, Hampton Roads, and across the Commonwealth of Virginia.
The planned African American Civic Empowerment Foundation will be separately governed and legally distinct from the African American Policy Council PAC.
